Keep your word

I recently have been dealing with someone who contradicts their self a lot. She'll say one and do another thing or she'll say she'll do something and not do it. I've always thought word is bond and so when you don't keep it, it drives me nuts.Basically the bullshit has made me to come to the conclusion that I really can't believe or hold her to anything and that if I even try to its going to turn out to be a waste of time. Anyways, I just wanted to vent my frustration and point how important the statement of word is bond with me. =/
